Tips for not getting busted

• After you download and install the spy software of your choice then download some free stuff to push it down the Market Place download list.
• Do it while they are asleep or away.
• Make sure you delete the email
• Restart the phone after install. This will clear the recent apps list.

There are pros and cons to us using our own server. In January 2011 our mail servers passed through over 196,000 emails. We had 15 calls for people not getting their emails and all of those were taken care of with the customer on the phone.

Pros

Unlimited sending: Google puts a limit on accounts and shuts them down for 24 hours if you go over.
Customer Support: We can see that the messages are getting through. "WE DO NOT STORE MESSAGES" We store the in and out and the times.
Hands on Hardware: I can immediately act upon changes and problems

Cons

Money: We don't have Google's deep pockets so instead of 99.9% uptime we have about a 99.1%
Privacy: If you are concerned we are reading the texts then this is a concern.

• First Check your spam folder
• Second check the settings
• Third Restart The Phone
• Last Contact Support

These programs do not record messages. They send the call log. Date, time and length of call as well as who it was to/from.
